Manufaktura Makaronu decided to implement these ideas and create a perfect pasta. Eggs used to make their pasta are always fresh, minted on the spot. They do not use pasteurized egg mass or powdered eggs. Moreover they noticed that the egg class is very important for the taste of pasta, therefore they do not use those from cage breeding. Fresh pasta is dried in the chambers for several hours - they are not in a hurry. This method allows them to maintain the appropriate taste and structure of all pasta they produce.
